To ensure the highest standards of Medical Rehabilitation and to respect both your time and our medical team’s time, we kindly ask you to review and agree to the following policies, which govern the relationship between the center and the patient.
We believe that time commitment is the first step toward successful treatment.
Appointment Confirmation: All appointments are confirmed in advance by our Customer Service team.
Cancellation & Rescheduling: If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify the center at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
No‑Show Policy: In the event of a no‑show without prior notice, the center reserves the right to deduct the consultation fee or the appointment booking deposit in compensation for reserved room and medical time.
Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled to avoid affecting other patients or the quality of service provided to you.
Treatment Plans: The full cost of the treatment plan will be clearly explained before starting any procedure.
Payment Methods: We accept cash payments, credit/debit cards, and approved bank transfers.
Installments: If an installment plan is agreed upon (either directly or through banking services), the patient must adhere to the scheduled payment dates to ensure continuity of treatment without interruption.
Insurance Companies: The patient is responsible for any costs not covered by their insurance policy, or in cases where the insurance company declines medical approval.
Due to the medical nature of our services and the use of customized materials for each patient, the following policy applies:
Consultation & Examination Fees: Consultation fees are non‑refundable once the medical consultation and diagnostic service have been provided.
Laboratory Work:
Treatments such as (Hello Shine Veneers, Prime Bite Implants, Forever Young Rehab):
Once scans are taken and the case is submitted to the digital laboratory, 50% of the treatment cost becomes non‑refundable.
This amount covers design and material costs that are custom‑made specifically for you and cannot be reused for another patient.
Completed Medical Services: Payments made for services that have already been performed (such as extractions, fillings, cleanings, or surgically completed implants) are non‑refundable, as the service, time, and materials have already been utilized.
At Shiny White, we provide guarantees on the quality of dental restorations and implants because we trust the precision of our work. However, the guarantee is a shared responsibility.
Guarantee Validity Condition: The guarantee is valid only if the patient commits to regular follow‑up visits every 6 months to maintain oral and gum health.
Guarantee Void Conditions: The guarantee will be void in the following cases:
Poor oral hygiene leading to gum recession or inflammation around implants.
Heavy smoking, especially in implant cases.
Tooth or restoration damage due to external accidents or misuse of teeth (e.g., opening packages, biting extremely hard objects).
Visiting another clinic to modify restorations or implants without prior consultation with us.
Medical History Disclosure: The patient must fully disclose their medical history, medications, and allergies before starting treatment. The center is not responsible for complications resulting from withholding essential medical information.
General Conduct: We are committed to providing a calm and professional environment. Patients are expected to maintain respectful behavior and communicate politely with both medical and administrative staff.
