Brief :
Using all on four technique is done through inserting four implants (2 in each quadrants) to restore from 8 to 10 teeth in each jaw .Restoring teeth to the 2nd premolar will restore about 70% of mastication procedures
Objectives :
Main treatment objective from choosing all on four technique is to restore function and esthetics for edentulous patient (even upper or lower arch) for patient who have experienced good bone thickness or even minor bone loss The most important objective and benefit from all on four package is the( immediate loading)
