Hollywood Smile

1) To relieve pain and headaches associated from a tooth that has been infected

2) Infected pulp often leads to abscess which has to be treated as soon as possible to prevent the tooth extraction.

3) Accidents related traumas where the tooth has been fractured.

4) Rotated or misaligned teeth should be root canal treated before placing a crown.

1) After diagnosing the patient, the tooth affected is identified using the digital 3d x-ray which helps the operator in knowing the no. of root canals and the roots curvature.

2) Then the entire treatment is first planned digitally on the computer to give the right measurements and decrease the treatment time.

3) The patient is prepared for the root canal treatment by numbing the area associated.

4) When the numbness begins, a small opening is made in the crown of the tooth to create an access to the infected pulp. The access is designed on the computer to increase precision and speed in the treatment

5) Using the endodontic microscope that offers 32 times magnification, the affected pulp is removed without leaving any remnants.

6) Disinfection of the pulp cavity with antimicrobial agents to ensure that the bacteria has been killed and the area is completely sterile.

7) The Cavity where the pulp was is then filled with biocompatible material and all this is done with the rubber dam placed around the tooth to isolate it from the saliva.

8) The tooth is now ready to be capped with a crown to increase its strength and durability.

Strength Points:
1) Completely pain free process
2) Endodontic microscopes with great detail and precision that offer up to 32 times magnification.
3) Digitally planning the entire treatment on computers before beginning
4) Sterile and isolated tooth environment to eliminate bacteria.
5) Single visit treatments
